Fantastic location and a beautiful hotel check here with a very cosmopolitan breakfast which was very impressive. Staff were very helpful, friendly and polite. One drawback if you are arriving by car the parking is very limited and we had major problems trying to find the overspill car park- a ‘take and pick up service’ would be perfect here.
Suite we stayed in very clean and comfortable, well equipped and quiet (on the 6th Floor). Good breakfast if a bit shambolic, buffet style so everyone trying to help themselves at the same time, but staff very quick if anything was required.
It was a slap in the face when another group who were caucasian individuals proceeded to head in without any questioning or prejudice that me and my friends had gone through. It is disgusting and out of order. If you don’t want to let us in because we don’t meet your criteria of people. Say that, and don’t make excuses with fake questioning.

However, my experience was marred by the unprofessional behavior of the room supervisor. She barged into our room without knocking, and treated us like criminals. She did not apologize for her behavior, and I felt like my privacy had been violated. Barging into a guest's room without knocking is unacceptable, and it is a violation of the guest's right to privacy.

Had a lovely stay here. Close to railway station and venues check in was fast and easy. I was recognised as an Platinum Elite member and got an upgrade as well. Room was great, clean and comfy with all amenities included. Breakfast was also good with many choices. Will stay here again.
Fantastic experience for the whole family's good arrangements for food and seating. Parking can always be better, however for disabled users they do have parking closers to the even sitio and easy access.
Had a work conference and enjoyed the dinner party. Food was OK, large conference rooms and very nice staff.
Thoroughly enjoyed watching the game and loved the atmosphere. The views were great regardless of where you were seated. I'd love to go and watch a game here again!
Spa facilities were good , pool is a good size, hot tub needs attention button is stuck down and difficult to get going. Changing rooms were OK, good size lockers, shower curtains need washing or replacing as they had black stains, lots of hair around on floor and on the sides. Parking at hotel is good but a little expensive I think was 27.00 for 24hours.
The suites are located 6 min by walk from the railway station, super central with a lot of amenities around.
Fried eggs were solid and had been sitting there for some time by the look of it. Everything on the buffet was tepid- nowhere near hot enough. We only got offered fresh eggs and sour dough avocado when we had finished trying to eat the awful buffet.
